As an RBT at CBAT, you will be the primary catalyst for change in a child's life. Under the clinical supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized ABA treatment plans, collect session data with precision, and build genuine therapeutic relationships with children and their families.
- Current RBT certification — or active candidate (we assist with training)
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Demonstrated passion for working with children with autism
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
- Excellent communication skills with families and supervisors
- Physically able to support children's therapeutic needs throughout sessions
